• Answer calls from clients. Financial Industry related. • Process customer inquiries using telephone and email communication • Customer calls follow-up • Document calls using Standard Operating Procedures • Information Research using internet search engines • Update Requested Customer Information • Route calls to Team Leads or separate Process Associate as required/requested • Maintain KPIs according to Company RequirementsRequirements: • Advanced English Knowledge is required. Written and Verbal. • Minimum 1-year Prior Experience as Call Center Agent, Customer Service Industry • Experience in Financial Industry Preferred • Higher Education Preferred. • Skills: Willingness to Learn, Analytical, Excellent Communication, Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. - Atención al Cliente
