Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties by providing operational and administrative support to Human Resources Staff and Executives. 1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties 2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) 3. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, fun and engagement activities) 4. Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 5. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, vacation, insurances discounts, etc) 6. Communicate with public services when necessary 7. Assist in the Non-hourly recruitment process by filtering and pre-screening CV´s, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews 8. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees when required 9. Support the HHRR Generalist in the On-Boarding process for hourly and non-hourly new hires Industrial Psychology or Business Administration current student  Basic labor law knowledge  Empathy is a must  Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS  Proven management of Microsoft Office  Good communication skills, both English and Spanish - Recursos Humanos
