Responsible for all human resource activities for the Company. Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up to the team members and executives on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. 1. Coordinate along with the HHRR Assistant the onboarding process (pre-roster, background check, training room availability, employee contracts + orientation kit, TSS, Fripick, conduct orientation session, new hires CCP ID creation, update hiring and referral bonus, bank account and background check trackers) 2. Run the off-boarding process (terminations, exit interviews, internal and client exit communications, communications to MoL, prepare weekly severance for approval). 3. Maintain novelties on the HRIS Human Resources Information System (New hires / Terminations, Promotions, Transfers, Salary raise, update job title, etc) 4. Daily attendance report to MoL Report to the MoL (DGT3, DGT-4, etc) 5. Review and process payroll and payroll claims 6. Prepare TSS for payment 7. Handle and resolve conflicts Industrial Psychology or Business Administration (Preferred Bachelors Degree or Current / Term Student)  Dominican Labor law knowledge  Empathy  Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS  Proven management of Microsoft Office  Good communication skills, both English and Spanish  Call Center Experience is preferable but not mandatory  High level of integrity and transparency  Establish positive interpersonal relationships  Friendliness and willingness to serve people or users (service orientation)  Team work  Take care of multiple tasks.  Organization and planning.  Ability to promote order and discipline in daily activities. - Recursos Humanos
