The ideal Payroll Analyst will assist in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations to ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely. Responsibilities Process Weekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly non-exempt and exempt payrolls for employees using multiple company codes. Review and balance payrolls before and after they have been processed. Validate confirmed reports. Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll. Process pay changes, tax changes, direct deposit changes. Run reports from time & attendance system and payroll system. Researches, analyzes and resolves payroll related problems or questions by collecting and analyzing information. Communicate with employees and other departments to answer questions and resolve problems. Perform other duties and special projects as requestedKey skills Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. At least 3 years of experience in a business environment prior payroll experience preferred Solid computer skills with a proficiency in Excel a must experience with V-lookup and pivot tables a plus. Strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills. Ability to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines with flexibility. Excellent customer service skills are required. Attention to detail, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to take initiative, as well as excellent time management and prioritization abilities is requiredEnglish - Finanzas
