QUALIFICATIONS Ideal candidates for this position is a highly motivated, energetic and dedicated professional. This position will be located remotely so the qualified individual must be self motivated and driven. DUTIES Customer service. Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues. Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to make sales. Explain and position the products and processes with customers. Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team. Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling. Generating leads using industry tools. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating contracts with prospective clients. Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability. Manage the businesses CRM and document repository systems. Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree. Fully bilingual English and Spanish. Excellent reading and writing skills. Highly reliable, willing to learn and acquire new skills Enjoy talking to people. Exhibit professional communication and customer service skills Ability to learn customer service software applications Must be proficient with the Microsoft Suite. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Minimum 18 years of ageEnglish and Spanish - Ventas
